Also make sure you are drinking a ton of water. You will need it to counter the depression. 8 cups a day. And if you do not feel like eating. Eat small meals through out the day. Apple here... small bowl of almonds and walnuts later... banana and a glass of juice, yougart and cereal... you get the picture. If you did not eat healthy before its a good time to start. Your body will thank you and who knows you might even enjoy your new diet.
