Well, today was the first day back at work, and it was pretty good! A lot of my old customers remembered me, that was kind of neat.

I have to basically retrain the "new girl" Shes been there for 6 months, so shes not that new, and shes not very excited about me (who has been gone for 21 months!) telling her what to do or not do. Im trying to be diplomatic, making suggestions and backing them up with reasons that my way is better, Im not sure thats what I should be doing or not. She will even admit that shes was never trained properly! Ive never managed people, Im really not sure what to expect here, but I think that it will be a pretty good experience.

I guess I gave the wrong finger to the wrong man...
