I'm trying. I'm not obsessing about things like I was a couple weeks ago...so that's a step in the right direction.

Now I know I'll have a hard time "not caring" what W is doing once she moves out. I'm sure my mind will wander & I'll imagine her dating up a storm & having nightly sex romps with other men. But I'll just have to deal with those thoughts as they come. Keeping myself busy will certainly help. I don't want to be sitting around my house wondering what she's up to.
I'll probably need some help from you guys if I start to slip. Just saying that ahead of time because I know how I can be.
