My friend went out with a lady and afterwards she started making some demands that if he was ever going to date her again that he cant be checking out any others on match.com. That was a tell tale sign for him and he never talked to her again.
One does not need to log on to see the last time another person was on line. It just seems to me that she is keeping tabs on you a bit too close at such an early point of dating. And....
