I hope you are feeling better this week. Special events, anniversaries, etc. are triggers that bring us down. I do hope that in time, the hurt will lessen. Give yourself time to heal. You've not been allow to do much of that, i.e., with the correspondence that you have had in the past from your xh and the ow's antics. Also, friends who tell us things that are going in our xs' lives, even the smallest tidbit, will bring you down.
