ok, well - she's reacting to the old patterns in the old way based on her old (but accurate) knowledge of how you work. I agree that it's unproductive (and frustrating for you), but it's kinda reasonable given the past history.
So - draw the firm boundary Coach describes. Let her know there's a new paradigm in town and you're the Sheriff.
