Argh, I'm still fuming over the whole thing!! I'm trying not to stew but I really thought we were past the whole no response thing. There was no response to my text either. He could have made a perfect get-out pretending he forgot with that one.
You are right Jeff, he is showing no signs of good change. Lots of bad change though. I guess I am lucky I found that out now instead of a couple of years, and potential children, down the line.

It was rude of H not to contact you again - it's a big dummy spit and deserves to be treated as such. If you contact him now JCJ, you may be inferring that you want to see him. I'm not sure if you do or you don't as you sound very determined in going forward alone but yet you still wobble a bit at times (imho)! He's still able to crawl under your skin so I don't think that you are 100% done - maybe just 98%??!!
I would sit tight. If it's that important to him, he will contact you soon enough - but you keep that fifty quid tightly in your pocket, ya hear?!
If and when you are REALLY done, then you can ask him to meet to sign forms - and then you can watch his face as you present him with the big one ... the D.

Ah, I feel really bad now. I just turned on this morning and 4 messages came through on my phone. One warning me he had his back had gone but he was going to see how it goes, the next saying it was really bad and he wasn't going to be able to meet, the next saying he had just got my text and did I not get his messages, the next saying he had sent me some messages and he had a bad back and he would be in touch when he got back from holiday.
I assumed the worst - wish he would just pick up the phone, or me for that matter. Now I feel really bad.
