I don't think age has much to do with it. I may be younger, but I am still in the same situation. My W lies and lies and lies also. I can't count the number of lies I have caught her in.

I think you are doing the right thing by continuing to pray and change who you are. It is all any of us can really do. I pray multiple times a day especially with the holidays coming. What I wouldn't give for a Christmas miracle of my M being restored.

Anyways, I am not sure why your H thinks his D should call him first. Who is the parent here? It sounds like he still has some growing and maturing to do.
