Ahhh, it's raining AGAIN today. Guess we won't be playing baseball tonight. That's fine. I could use a night of not being with ex since we have been together EVERY day for a game or games since Friday. AND there are things scheduled every day through Sunday (baseball and soccer tournaments). We will pretty much be spending the entire weekend together again cuz the tournament is all day.
Things were fine last night again. He was on his best behavior. D4 was a wild woman last night, and he was lots of help with her. He laughed cuz I told him to sit down because it was not his night to watch her. It took both of us to wrangle her. I don't know what my mom fed that kid for a snack, but something was crazy. LOL
He reached out once to grab my hand going to the concession stand, and I obviously pulled back. He apologized and said it was habit. He keeps saying how much he misses the kids (and me), which is a big change from before, because EVERYBODY made him angry before.
I think that horrible day we had and me getting the protective order did something since he was kept from the kids for almost a month and was not allowed to contact me. I keep hoping maybe that was the "bottom" since he seems to be climbing up.... but I know better than to hope for anything with this deal. Just watch and see....
