Back to the day-to-day. Yesterday was uneventful. I worked a little late. W actually called me to ask if she & our S should have dinner themselves or wait for me. Then she texted me a little while later to remind me about my doctor's appt this morning. I'm doing very well at not contacting her during the day...no emails, texts, etc.

I came home with just enough time to eat dinner before I was right back out the door to play basketball w/ friends. W took our S to her mother's house while I was out. She & I barely saw each other...no S discussion.

Hopefully today will go just as smoothly.
