All I can say is thank God I didn't have to go to court. Everything was done in my L's office and my xh didn't fight me about anything at all. I didn't have much to ask for anyway except the custody and he apparently didn't want that since it would cut into his precious personal time with the broom.

Do you have witnesses you can call regarding some of your h's antics?
