I turned the bunk beads into the fort part, with extra boards screwed in all over and a camo curtain for the bottom bunk. I panked plank walls from the floor to about 3' high one the walls, the rest was sky blue. I made a paper mache' tree comming up and tied it into the wood beam that crossed their ceiling and then drilled holes into it and stuffed silk leaves and stems into it. Then I painted leaves all around the tree, and painted some glow in the dark constellations.
I got old wooden crates for their shelves and finally I made a hanging shelf with rope for the reptile tank.
That was shortly after I kicked mom out, so there was some compensation going on there. But it was fun.

In the interest of time you could just have a private process server serve her. It'll cost about $40 max (at least here) and they love it when they have to get creative.
Holy crap, W2S, you're gonna ruin your bad(azz) reputation if you keep talking about cookie cutters and Mickey Mouse pancakes!

First of all, its my faith in God that has allowed me to be strong during these times. There have been some days where I felt like my world was collapsing.
Luckily, I have an awesome son and great friends and family to help. Plus, when I was lurking around this board, I saw others were dealing with the same things I was going through. So, I realized I wasn't alone.
I was able to use that information for my benefit. So far, all that information has been extremely valuable.
Once I joined, I believe I was further along than others that have come to this board. I do have questions just like others do. But, I have finally come to the realization that this is something she has to deal with on her own.
Finally, I am glad that you (Amy) have continued to offer me valuable information and advice. For that I am grateful.
While she deals with her issues, I will improve myself and make sure that I am the best father and dad for my little boy.
I have to go. Time to play hide n seek with the little one.......
