Well, that and three bucks fifty will get her a mocha. Maybe brainstorm with *the kids*, but even so, you're the parent and it's your house. Nothing makes a house a home but time.

Irritated today. The comments yesterday bugged me.

On days like this I dream of relocating. The only thing that keeps me in this State is the kids (ages 7 and 11). Anyone else face this dilemna?

Thanks Kett.

It was a low-key weekend but I spent good time with the kids. I feel the complaints are really about something else.

Not exactly, O'D since mine are all grown and spread out across the country. I'm in Conn. Going to relocate out west. Maybe Colorado (gonna stop their and see S,33). Leanin' toward Oregon, though.

Used to live in Eugene. Still miss it sometimes.

I could well be soon.

I am where I live now only because it was where my last job was. Now I am working from home and would love to live elsewhere, but am staying because this is where my W's support group is (friends, etc). We are staying here for her.

Now if we get D'd, I'll still be stuck here in an annoying, crowded, high tax, high cost state.

GRRRR!

The She volunteered to drive the kids to a field trip on the nearby base. At the gate she discovered she didn't have all of her paperwork so we switched cars for the day - she'll get me back on one later. Talked for a few minutes.

I dunno. I'm thinkin' maybe I could try going somewhere seasonally for three months or something. I can work from anywhere with a fast net connection. Anyone want to share an apt in Hilo?

I have been dreaming of South Carolina for a few years now. Im not exactly sure why, but it seems like a really pretty place. But this is home, Im not sure that theres anyplace else I would want to live permanently.

Hey, on a side note, do you know why APD isnt hiring?
