do some breathing exercises and just lay in bed totally relaxed to help with the stress.. and of course pray and give it all to God.

I'm super busy with work since I've been back, and we have some projects going on around the house. If I stay busy with that, I don't dwell on my sad heart.
H is pleasant to be around, even fun. At one point last night, we were laughing hysterically at something for almost five minutes at S12's football game. I guess I'm just lucky to have him as a solid friend right now.
There's going to come a point where it's not okay anymore. The stress is chipping away at my health.
