Medical stuff is a slippery slope. In our five months of S it seems like my W tends to have things to do when the girls need to go to the doctor or pick up medication. Since I have the flexible job, I end up taking them and of course, getting stuck with the copays and the bills.
I haven't said anything yet, but since child support isn't automatic yet I did deduct $65 one time because she asked me to stay home with both kids when they were sick, take them to the doctor and pick up the medicine. Along with D7's ADHD meds, which had run out, the day cost me $130.
Since we've split, I've somehow ended up buying every one of D7's ADHD prescriptions at $40 a pop.
If I say anything, of course I'm being a jerk.
