I agree with Kalni. If he wants to be an a$$ and insist on your paying that copay (b/c he feels like such a martyr I'm sure he would have to pay that $14), then go ahead and do what he wants and tell him if he wants to start down that road, he will have to come up with more money for the rest of the copays. I've been told by L and others that have gotten D, it's standard to cut copays down the middle anyway, so maybe is a good idea--esp. if he's being an a$$ about it...
