You have my prayers as well, Thinker. My wife and I did Retrou, and at more than one point, we actually came close to LEAVING, it was that intense. We just didn't see how what they were saying and having us do was going to accomplish what we needed.
So you have to TRUST the team. Eventually, we saw the method to their madness, and it was a very powerful experience for both of us.
