I slept better last night, thanks to the ambien my doctor gave me.
Eating is still difficult since my stomach has been in knots for over a month. I'm hoping things will get better once the anti-depressants kick in. Dr said it could take a couple weeks.

Today, I need to get some work done. My job has been suffering big-time because of all this. Today is catch-up day.
