With a couple phone calls, confirmed that the W & OM did have a date at that romantic restaurant last night.
Confronted W and told her in no uncertain terms, I will not share my W w/ another man. I simply will not put up with it. If you're going to continue this pattern of cheating, lies, & deceit, I want you out of the house TODAY!
W hasn't said a word since. No way I'm letting her sleep in our bed tonight if she does decide to stay in the house.
Boy, did it feel good to lay down the law for once.

Oh, and one more thing: don't let her see you pout. You don't have to be phony syrupy HAPPY, but just be strong, as in "this won't beat me; I'll be just fine."

How are you doing this morning eTrain? I hope you got some decent sleep.
One thing I wanted to mention to you was, you're going to have to FORCE yourself to eat. One never has much (if any) of an appetite during the first days and weeks after The Bomb, so you're just going to have to have the self-discipline to eat regularly and healthy foods. You may not be in the MOOD to pump gas, but you DO put it in your car regularly, knowing that it needs it, don't you?
I hope today will be just a little bit brighter for you.
I slept better last night, thanks to the ambien my doctor gave me. Eating is still difficult since my stomach has been in knots for over a month. I'm hoping things will get better once the anti-depressants kick in. Dr said it could take a couple weeks.
Today, I need to get some work done. My job has been suffering big-time because of all this. Today is catch-up day.
