I really don't think Jack wants to be sitting at dinner 10 years down the road , and have you call him to ask what you should tell your spouse about something she said to you....
That is why it is inperative for YOU to do this work for YOU....
Then whatever comes up, you can pull that from deep inside of you, and actually BE that person instead of wondering WWJ3BD...
Patience and introspect are hard to build, but totally necessary through a MLC ...
And IF, IF you can get off the wheel and find YOUR balance and center, you will actually BE the person that can not worry about the eggshells, and act from a better place.
