Boy, I hope you're right. I've lost 12 lbs in the past month since I've been on the "so stressed that I can't eat or sleep" diet. That needs to change, and quickly.


It should I lost 35 lbs in about 6wks; since then have gained back about 10. Glad I lost some weight but not the best diet in the world smile
