Okay, I fell a little better now.

Never heard of collaborative divorce. That one website has some info, but precious little on anything else (i.e. how to find a lawyer who will do it).

Based on the Wikipedia article, only a handful of states have laws regarding it - I'm not certain how widespread it is. I might do some more googling.
