You are always an inspiration, my friend.

And in one or more of your recent posts the "Stop talking about (spouse)." Idea hit home.

With some people, it's all I talk about. Perpetuates the all-too-easy victim mentality.

And I've decided that agonizing and anguishing is always a choice. I do it less and less.

I'm kinda-lovingly adopting a f**k her policy, quite frankly.

Hope to, would love to, see you soon. I'll call.
*hugs*

What kind of stuff does vinegar clean? I hear lemon juice cleans good too.

How is the singing going Katie? Dancing still?

One final question for a west coast boy...How do you pronounce your state name? Is it like Co-Necked-Eye-Cut? And to answer back before you ask...it is Or-a-Gun (not Or-Eeeee-Gone).

I sometimes use vinegar in my scooba(the robot that washes floors so I can clean other stuff). It works really well but the smell does linger for a bit until it dries and then never would have known!

John I am sure you had some other uses in mind wink and in my state of mind probably best not to go there. LOL

Hey y'all..

Thanks for the good thoughts and exotic oil uses.

I've been busy with family. My brother and mom were visiting. It was great being so busy as my former spouse's wedding/reception approached. Why? Because it's no longer about him, the hurt. It's about getting crap done. He's no longer a part of my life. Why give him time in my head? The time for mourning, regret is over.

The house will be on the market on Sunday! Yeah! A fellow from the board who's a professional gardener came to the house and up up my 'plants gone wild' landscaping. It's amazing how much better things look when someone who knows what they're doing does it. I've been a happy out of shape laborer doing the mulch on the 80' x 8' and am warily looking forward to planting all the fall perennials I bought to make the house look inviting. The good intention and 'what the heck am I doing' companions on my shoulders are sending mixed signals. Who knows maybe a good majority might end up lining the walkway in a merry mix of color.

One of the great things about family visiting was having folks to talk to at night, understanding family dynamics, appreciating what's great and embracing the growth.

So.. all in all it's been good.

Love to you all.

*hugs*

Oh yes. And now I view him as my ex spouse, though former spouse might be a less emotionally invasive term. I also like 'the guy I used to be with'. That will work until the legion of men who've been unwittingly waiting to discover come forth.

My my... Lil Ms. Gypsy is gaining confidence! I'm even becoming light hearted again! Yay!
