Question...if your wife filed for divorce in January of this year, what's happened legally since then? That was 9 months ago!

In Pa, the process can take up to 2 years, if both parties do not agree. This varies by state, but it sounds like most states it is under 1 year.

Typically during the process, if there are children involved, there is a custody agreement, child support agreement, spousal support agreement and then the equity distribution.

I see your situation has headed down this path as well. It's unfortunate, but keep you head held high and know that you have fought to the bitter end.
