My feminine instincts say that Greek's feedback is right on. It sounds as though your W is a bit afraid to rock the boat. This wouldn't be the case if she was dead set on a course of action.

I agree. At first, I didn't think I learned much from the mini R talk, if that's what that was, last night. But, after having some time to think about it, I think she is, at a minimum, scared to rock the boat. Which my changes could be reaching her or she has had time to think about her decision, or both. No matter the reason, she didn't slam the door on the M last night and could have.
