Hmm, Got invited to the circus tonight by W. Can't make it as I'm busy. Two invites for today from her.

She also mentioned a conversation she had with her neighbor. Neighbor recommended a book about relaxing control. Good to see she is looking for help. I'll know it is real when she goes back to IC.

I'm kind of in a funk. Found out my dad has Alzheimer's. He's known for a while but forgot to tell me. Actually that's kind of funny. I told W what I was feeling about this and warned her that I may be a bit off today. Not her just have a few things running through my mind.

Well I'm off to a new club I joined a couple of months ago. First time going as other commitments kept getting in the way.
