Have a fun time! I also am realizing the importance of taking much more "me-time" than I did in the past. Read somewhere that in olden days when families and neighborhoods were much more tightly knit, women got more of their talking and emotional needs met by their female friends and family...but since we are all so disconnected and short of time these days - our men end up with more demand for this from their woman than they are able to know how to handle. I see the author's point but also think that doesn't excuse the way men so many men these days spend whole evenings hiding behind their computer screens.
