Oooh, tough loss. Yeah, BF needed Delhomme to have 300 yds and 3 touchdowns to win the last league...so this week he went 2-1.
Time to focus on something specific. How about that exercise plan? Start by walking 30 minutes a day, maybe after dinner. Spend time researching a gym or getting info on a running club or something like that.
This morning I ran and took a body sculpting class with a gf, then we went to Starbucks to yak for a while. I think I've convinced BF to sign up for a Lindy Hop class in Oct that will start on Thurs. I'm so excited to start up again! I was really into it about 10 years ago but haven't done it since. Even if BF doesn't like it I'm definitely keeping it up. I can't believe it took me this long to think of it!
