I'm torn here. After going through No More MR. Nice guy I can see numerous areas needing work. Tonight was a step in the right direction. Problem is my W is the only person who really knows me. She could be a great help working through some of my issues.
I just started reading No More Mr. Nice Guy and can't sleep with my mind reeling. I've read many good books, especially since DBing and hearing recommendations on these boards. Some have resonated quite a bit, all have at least a few insightful, usable nuggets, but this book is both exciting and frightening. This book is me!
Anyway, the author recommends sharing, asking for support from "safe" men, but only you can decide how much you want your wife in the process.
