Her lawyer sucks at making arguments though. She is arguing that this is FIL's phone and that it isn't part of the D - but FIL is deceased and isn't making calls to anyone. It is just a "family plan" that is still in his name.
If they have a contest for "lamest legal arguments ever" I think that one would win!!!
