You are right... I haven't heard from him and it is out of character for him not to try to tear me down prior to a Hearing.
I've been trying to calm my nerves by telling myself that it's because it's the first time I've been the aggressor, first time I'm taking him to court, and this is the reason I haven't heard from him.
Also, Dick is perfectly aware my attorneys have his last rather juicy email he sent to me, along with the text message response he sent to the Mother, caller her a "a-hole".... is also aware his attorney had been called looking for support, explaining he didn't send any money for August, nor money to register S.
Something I'm confused about is, after he was served, my attorney tried to give his attorney a copy of the papers, one for her and one for her to give him, and she refused to send it on to him. She said "He's been served, and anything else you want him to have, send it that same way."
It was something the Secretary/Assistant said to me, and I'm not sure if it was supposed to mean anything or not. Since he had already been served, they decided not to worry about the paperwork they had for him.
Of course my insecurities are giving me a queasy stomach, and I'm looking for anything to find re-assurance in. I'd really enjoy the thoughts of his attorney finally having enough of him, and drop him as a client.... but that would be too much to ask for.
All I know is on July 22, D told the Judge she wanted to stay here, and it was that way until days before she was to arrive, that we heard she wasn't coming. She told others it was because she would be getting a better education there, AND would save her father $14,000 if she remained there, for she would be a resident of CA.
I've had too many people confirm that she would have been able to write her own ticket to any school of her choice, because of her SAT, ACT, and the other test (can't think right now) scores. Heck, S's grades aren't near the ones D has, however, his test scores have given us plenty of feedback from WSU, which they are talking a free ride, and if he wants to join the Navy, as an Officer, he can go to OU for free, or any school with ROTC for that matter. College really wasn't an issue for them!
Yes, he is evil, and I know he wants me under his thumb, under his control, or dead.... I know this for sure, he's made it more than apparent that these are the only choices he has given me. I just hope D will see through him very quickly....
