No he has not contact with his brothers, hasn't had contact in many many years.
He says he isn't getting advice from friends but he is getting advice. His actions of the other day were so sudden and so unlike him that is why I do believe it is the current group of friends whose wives have just left them, because there appears to be this sudden bitterness that all women are no good so I must be no good as well.
