OD, I would have snapped back at her, just to gauge her response - call it a social experiment. You guys seem to be hanging out quite a bit considering the legal activity behind the scenes. Definitely no relationship talk but next time she does this, snap back.
As for SP, well it's a good thing we never mentioned possibly "dating" to make your wife feel the fear of loss, who knows what would have happened ;-)
