Yep ! Went through all this same stuff with my first W. It's just frustrating because we talked about this 3 months ago. It isn't rocket science...the real estate market's in the toilet everywhere. If the house was worth what it was when we got married I'd put the "For Sale" sign out today.
Whatever...I'll make the changes to the paperwork, put it in the mail and enjoy my weekend!
