Ok the RSF. Here is your new plan of action and it's simple so you should be able to hold it down and work it: SHUT UP & SIT STILL. Continue to do things for you. Every chance you have to get the kids, you take it, no questions asked except what day she'll be picking them up or you'll be dropping them off. That's it.
