RSF….You ask/email/text/talk to her about stuff with the hopes that she will say “OMG!! Yes, I’m coming home RIGHT NOW!!! What was I thinking?????? I’m soooo stupid! Thank goodness your well worded email/text set me straight! I’ll be there in 30 seconds and we’ll grab the kids and ride off into the sunset and forget this chapter in our lives! We’ll be perfect and happy FOREVER!” Not gonna happen. So why are you pushing forward with this divorce? If it’s because you want it to end, you’re ready and confident you can say you did try then OK. I’m with you. If it’s because of the suspected reason above, then SHUT UP. Stop talking to her about D. Ignore it as was suggested to you by many many many of us. My H filed. Had me served. I responded last Thursday. Things have been better since last Thursday in our marriage than it has been in years. Go freaking figure….. Wait this out RSF. And stop asking what can be done to not only speed this up but make her come back to you. The answer is nothing. You have to SIT STILL. SHUT UP.
