Thanks for dropping by, Being Me. I just caught up on your thread and I too am sorry for the loss of your friend. I lost a friend to lung cancer two years ago and I was always amazed at her ability to carry on knowing that the end was coming closer each day. I guess it's the same for all of us but she knew her days would be far fewer than the rest of us. Yet, none of us really know, do we. My friend at church was perfectly fine a week and a half ago and now, 10 days later, they tell her it's "terminal". On the positive side, my boss told me she knew someone with a terminal brain tumour who was given a year to live and lived eight! Who really knows what's ahead for any of us. Being me, I hope and trust you are staying strong in your situation! My Chiropractor today suggested I go to a Hypnotist who works out of her second office. Anybody ever gone to a hypnotist due to stress? Did it help? She also suggested a Naturopathic Doctor to help me re-energize the adrenal glands which are pretty burned out these days! Anybody's thoughts on either of these suggestions would be appreciated here. None of these options is covered by my insurance plan so it's out of my pocket. I want to spend wisely!
