I'm struggling with how to lovingly detach. I just feel like detaching is to stop feeling love. If I'm detached, I feel so distant and don't feel like I care. How can you be detached and still love from a distance?

I'm trying this and feel like a jerk. I feel like it's playing hard to get... but he doesn't want me anyway. So it feels stupid.

Can someone explain how to balance this?

Thanks Karen, it is helpful. Just need to re-read that everyday until it sinks in and I understand it I guess.

Thanks for posing the question Day by Day - I'm with you sister!

Thanks for posting the link Karen. I've printed it out and will be trying to absorb it.

Isn't there just a pill we can take?
