I have not heard from either child,texted both last night.

Turned off my phone. I'm not expecting a response back.

DB coach gave me homework,on my way to bkstore,so can read book,write kids short letter. A forgiveness letter.

DB coach said kids can and will sense change,but this is not good situation for them either.

I have not had a cigarette all day. Was a pack a day smoker,when this started 2-3 packs a day.
