Came home last night slept for a hour woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. I just kept working out till my arms got sore. I know I should have acted "as if". It was tough to do so. I back slide a bit last night but left before anything major could have happened. The friends wanted me to head out to the club again tonight. Forget about it. I'm just going to spend time with my son. My friends were trying to get me to dance with some girls but it just didn't feel right.
