Yeah I'm not going to drink as I know I can't control my emotions too well with alcohol right now. I think I'm going to go and just not worry and have fun. I have been putting too much effort and trying to fix this marriage and really just need a break.

I know she isn't suppose to dictate what I'm suppose to do but I was following her around like a puppy dog. She got annoyed and kept trying to avoid me. I know if I stay longer its just going to keep happening. So I'd rather leave instead then to get all pissed off.

I did I'm at home right now. I should have just went to a different club. or hung out with a different group of friends.

Came home last night slept for a hour woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. I just kept working out till my arms got sore. I know I should have acted "as if". It was tough to do so. I back slide a bit last night but left before anything major could have happened. The friends wanted me to head out to the club again tonight. Forget about it. I'm just going to spend time with my son. My friends were trying to get me to dance with some girls but it just didn't feel right.
