I call her and ask whats wrong in response to her text. She leads me down this path of various major issues going on with the kids and she having a hard time is worried and cant figure out what to do. Then goes into needing coverage for the kids after school tomorrow and doesn't want them to feel like she's pushing them out the door or something. Of course I'm thinking its connected to her need to get away for the weekend. Then she starts into why am I concerned about the weekend and that she had meant to contact me earlier and time got away.

I got loud and said WTF I'm just being concerned and trying to follow. None of it made any sense.

I called her back, said I'm sorry and that I was concerned and couldn't follow. She didn't concede and felt like everything was fine and that I didn't get it. I reiterated that everything was fine and I had the kids covered after school tomorrow. Said goodnight and hung up.

This reminds me of the incident last weekend.
