Trial postponed. Too many cases in front of mine. I'm looking at January 2010 now. That being said - my new attorney is going to be pushing for more time with D1, and a reasonable agreement for shared parenting/joint custody to see if W is amenable to such. He will word it to where it is entirely specific. Otherwise - we press on and fight.
