Slow down, breathe, and call your doctor immediately. Seriously! Lexapro is an anti-depressant and basically works by speeding things up for a person in their mind. If you have ADD, then lexapro is more than likely not for you and is making your ADD symptoms many times worse. You don't need the extra speed...you need a drug to help slow you down. Your post are a fine example of over the top ADD...lack of focus, jumpy, all over the place. The internet is full of posts of people with ADD and ADHD reporting increased ADD symptoms while on lexapro.
Right now....this is step one of DB'ing for you...call the doctor, tell him how you are behaving, and then let them reevaluate your prescription.
I am serious....I have ADD and took lexapro for 7 days...it seriously messed me up. Also be aware of the withdrawal....it is a bitch and a half.
