Devil's advocate... how were you advised of the mediation date? Call? Mail? Is there any chance at all she doesn't know?
I mean, maybe not, but straight out - I completely understand why you're miffed about her not telling you but let it go. It would have been awkward for her and she may be figuring that letting the lawyers handle that kind of communication is the way it's supposed to be.
I became aware of it via our court's online web site. It's posible that she doesn't know there is a date but not likely. She would have had to sign the petition for the mediation to happen. But honestly I don't know if she knows.
Also the last time first time she tried to serve me papers I totaly lost control. I am completely ashamed of how bad I acted. Maybe she did this to protect herself. For the record, I did not touch or threaten her.

Is it really that you're upset that she didn't tell you, or is the upset more related to the D in general or the fact that you were hoping it would dismiss?
More the later. I was thinking things were getting better or at least to a point were she would call off the dogs. Now it just seems like she's digging in. I really pinned all my hopes on this thing being dismissed.
