I want to send her a message to let her know that I'm aware of the situation. I'm sure she is concerned about me, that's why she didn't say anything.

Something like: "I hear we now have a date for mediation. Wanted to let you know I'm fine cause I know you worry about me. I would have rather heard it from you but I understand"
