Still Wondering How To Handle Things!!

Here's an interesting story...

I went to my daughters soccer game on Wed night....well, the exOW's new boyfriend was there watching his neice. He is also a neighbor of mine and I have known him for a while. I have also been told in the past that he wanted to go out with me after my H left at one point. Of course this guy has never really approached me about that.

Well, after halftime this guy comes over to sit behind me and talk to me about ordering something from my work for a shriners event that he does every year and to talk about the bus sitch with my kids....so, he sits there the rest of the game....my H comes up when there is about 10 min left of the game and doesnt even walk up to the bleachers....he is more or less hiding at the fence....After a few min i go down and talk to him and ask him to come sit down...he says he had been sitting all day and just would like to stand for a while....ok.

Well, later after the game he texted me and said he just couldnt go up there and sit down. Instead of getting into the whys and all, I just said "i understand". He says that I dont. Ok. I came right out and said that I wouldnt wanna go sit to his ex OW so I DO know somewhat how it is!! He has always seemed to belittle my feelings on how different it is for him to lose the OW over me losing him....irritates me really.

Then he made the comment that another reason he didnt like this guy was because he was also after me at one point!

OK, I just said "oh". THen he said That he guesses I werent denying it....I just said that I really didnt know it...he goes on to say "sure".

Finally I ended the convo saying "does it really matter who is after me though?"

Subject was then changed...by him.

I dont get it. Why is he not liking this guy now...he is a nice man and I actually feel sorry that he is with the OW but in time he will see who she really is....but I mean, its not like this guy stole the OW from my H....Just dont make sense.

Last night my H didnt go to the game, but he talked to my daughter on the phone and more or less did 20 questions with her, he wanted to know who was at the game??? He really wanted to know if the guy and the OW were there.

THis is getting so weird. My H is by no means over this OW. And its been a year. Ugh....no changes being made by him whatsoever!!!!!

Planning a fun filled weekend with my kids!! Not sure what were gonna do, but its starting to feel like fall and I wanna get out of the house!!!
