Not "Way to Go" yet - All I have done is come out of a cloud and realized the problem existed.

I still have to DO something about it.

Letting my W know I understand is a step.

This is also a case where I have to step in with my parents, take responsibility for some old "hurts" they are nursing, and set some boundaries.

That's going to be neither easy nor pleasant.
