Stop snooping. You know it happened, you have the proof and at this point, you aren't going to get an apology, so stop and don't confront her anymore.

Keep things calm and relaxed and no R talk.

I think you two need to sit down and figure out a budget so neither one of you goes crazy and creates a ridiculous amount of debt during the separation.
