So one thing you can do is to keep your ears peeled back for anyone who is having a birthday/office/anniversary/anything party that requires a cake. You put that person in touch with Mrs. GIMA b/c your wife makes THE best, most beautiful cakes. She may say no to the gig but the point is...well...you see the point.
